The Goal

To help share the story of Anuha Connect Cafe in Gatton, a place where people living with disability are learning new skills and building connections with their community, and to bring the region along for its official opening.

What We Did

  • Managed Anuha's social media, turning their stories into content that connects with real people
  • Pitched the official opening to local media
  • Supported the opening with content and communications

The Result

  • Coverage from WIN News Toowoomba, 7News Toowoomba and The Toowoomba Chronicle
  • In one month of organic social media, content views more than doubled (up 123.5%) and 32 new followers joined
  • Over the first three months, Anuha's content earned 16,084 views and reached 3,757 people, all organic with no paid advertising

The Story

Anuha has supported the Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and Somerset for more than 40 years. The cafe is its newest way of showing what people can do.

The coverage came from leading with the people and the skills they are building, not the date of an opening. That is also what works on social: the posts about real people in the community drive the conversation.

frequently asked questions

Are these results typical?

While we can’t guarantee specific numbers (no one can), the results you see on this page are consistent with what many of our clients experience. The truth is — results depend on more than just good content. It’s about collaboration. When a business is clear on its voice, audience, and message — and we’re working together with consistency — growth becomes the natural outcome.

How long does it usually take to see results?

For organic social media, we work on a minimum three-month agreement because trust and connection take time to build. Organic is the long game — it’s about becoming known and remembered. For faster traction, paid ads are the quick-turn tool. With PR, timing is everything. Success depends on the current media landscape, the strength of the pitch, and who we’re targeting. While we can’t guarantee coverage, we bring the experience, network, and strategy to give every story its best chance of being picked up and seen.

Do you offer done-for-you and DIY options?

Yes — we offer both. If you're ready to outsource, our done-for-you digital marketing packages cover everything from content creation to strategy and execution. If you're not quite there yet, The Story Lounge is our month-to-month membership that gives you the tools, templates, and support to learn how to share your story with clarity, strategy, and confidence — at your own pace, with guidance when you need it.

What types of clients do you work with?

We support three main types of clients:

1. Time-poor founders who are ready to outsource their marketing so they can get their time back.

2. Small businesses and solo brands ready to up-level their presence and become the go-to in their space.

3. And those in the early stages who want to learn how to show up online with strategy and confidence, but aren’t quite ready for full-service support yet.
Whether you’re ready for hands-on help or want to learn as you grow, there’s a place for you here.

I’m not sure if I have a story worth sharing. Can you still help?

Absolutely. The best place to start is with a free 15-minute discovery call. We’ll chat about where you’re at, what’s working, and what might be holding you back. You may find The Story Lounge is the perfect space to help you unearth your story, learn how to tell it with intention, and start showing up in a way that actually feels like you.
