No. We create everything for you, including strategy, captions, graphics, and scheduling. During onboarding, we’ll collect key info about your brand, offers, and tone of voice so we can create content that sounds and looks like you.

Can I review content before it goes live?

Yes. You’ll receive content ahead of time for review and approval. If you prefer a more hands-off approach, we can post directly using an agreed-upon strategy.

What platforms do you work with?

We currently support Instagram, Google Business Profile, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You can choose your preferred platforms based on your package and goals.

What if I want to add a platform to my package, without increasing my package?

That's not a problem at all! We can add additional platforms to your chosen package at an additional fee.

What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?

That’s what our discovery call is for. We’ll learn about your business, audience, and marketing goals, then recommend the best fit for your needs and budget.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Yes. We require a minimum three-month commitment to ensure results and consistency. Social media is a long-game strategy, and this gives us the space to plan and deliver effectively.

Will the content sound like me?

What if I’m local — how do content shoots work?

If you're based in our service area, your package may include quarterly content shoots. We’ll schedule a time, shoot your content, and turn it into weeks of posts, stories, and more. If you're not local, we can guide you on how to provide quality photo or video content from wherever you are.

What if I’m not local, but want a content shoot?

Too easy! Morgan can travel to you for additional fees, and spend a certain amount of time with you to ensure you get everything you are after. Best to have a chat with her during your discovery call on your desires.

Do you offer ad management too?

These packages are focused on organic content and visibility. If you’re looking to run paid ads, we can either refer you to a trusted partner or offer it as a custom add-on depending on your needs.

What happens after I sign up?

We’ll kick things off with a 1:1 onboarding call where we gather all the info we need, and sign a service agreement. You’ll then receive your first content calendar, have the chance to review it, and we’ll take it from there. Every month, you’ll get a strategy check-in and updated content plan.
